From what I have heard about the book (podcast with Dr Mindy Pelz / Fearne Cotton with Rhonda) it indicated that it will help with my mental mind chatter or at least to better understand it, and it's certainly done that and more. There are simple practices in the book to help you be the happy, joyful and conscious being all the time.What she realized was that when she believed her thoughts she suffered, but when she questioned them she didn’t suffer, and that this is true for every human being.
